The relaxed atmosphere and variety of facilities are ideal for group retreats, club outings, trainings, seminars, family reunions, small weddings, and other group functions.
We can accommodate between 16-50 guests in 16 units including the four cabins. There are a total of 35 beds. There is a 10% discount if you rent a minimum of 10 units.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
This 4,000 square-foot ranch house was the original home of the Lloyd family, the founders of the Flying L Ranch. Built in 1945, it has a spacious living room with a library, stereo, and a wonderful view of the mountain. Its large, fully-equipped kitchen, along with the living room, serve as common areas for all guests. The seven Lodge guest rooms are:
Ed Jones Room
Knotty pine walls, queen bed, twin bed, and its own bath with large shower. A private location in the east "wing" of the lodge.
Charles Russell Room
A splendid view of the mountain and front meadow, queen bed, private bath with large shower. Very romantic.
Ilse Lloyd Room
In the sunny southwest corner, views of the mountain and front meadow, queen bed, twin bed, private bath with shower.
Ben Snipes Room
Small room facing south, full bed, wash basin; shares bathroom next door.
Ed Quigley Room
A wood-paneled room with a cozy window seat perfect for reading. Queen bed, twin bed, private bath with a tub & shower.
Courtyard Room - wheelchair accessible
A relaxing, peaceful room with an outside entrance off the east side of the lodge. Queen bed, twin bed, private bath with tub & shower.
One full bed, one twin bed, no private bathroom.
A large two-story building built in 1960 and remodeled in 1990, the Guesthouse has five guest rooms, all with private entrances and Mt. Adams views.
Mt. Adams Suite
On the first floor; queen bed, double bed, and two twin beds, sofa, writing desk, private bath with tub and shower. Perfect for families or small groups.

Yakima Canutt Room
Second floor with one full bed, one twin bed, private bathroom with shower.

Jackson Sundown Room

Situated about 200 feet from the other buildings and surrounded by pine trees, the four cabins have fully-equipped kitchens with dishes, cookware, and utensils; full bathrooms with tubs/showers; and are heated electrically. All bedding and towels are provided. Cabins are dog friendly. Cost includes breakfast.
The Log Cabin
Our deluxe accommodation with a large open dining/living area and sleeping loft. It has a queen bed in the bedroom, twin and full beds in the loft, and a full-size futon couch in the living area. Comfortably sleeps 6. $205.00 (add $10.00 per person if there are more than 3 people)
The Pine Cabin
One bedroom with one Queen bed and one Twin bed, Private bathroom, private kitchen, and futon couch in the living room that can sleep 2 people. $185.00 (add $10.00 per person if there are more than 3 people)
The Wild Rose Cabin
This cabin has a queen bed in the bedroom, and full and twin beds in an adjoining living room. It can sleep 5 people comfortably. $185.00 (add $10.00 per person if there are more than 3 people)
The Woods Cabin
This cabin offers one Queen bed in the bedroom + one Twin bed and one futon couch that opens to a double bed in the adjoining living room. It has a fenced yard for dogs. $185.00
Breakfast is served each morning in the cookhouse which has the capacity to seat 32 people.
The cookhouse is available for group lunches and dinners too!
