Your room rate includes our hearty Continental Breakfast which consists of fresh fruit, fresh-baked muffins, handmade granola, yogurt, juice, coffee & tea.
We are happy to customize a hot ranch-style breakfast for groups of 12 or more for an additional $5.00 per person. You may also cook your own meals in the Lodge, Guesthouse and cabin kitchens.

The relaxed atmosphere and variety of facilities are ideal for group retreats, club outings, trainings, seminars, family reunions, small weddings, and other group functions.
Group Rates
We can accommodate between 16-50 guests in 16 units including the four cabins. There are a total of 35 beds plus we have numerous aero-mattresses to offer our guests at no additional cost. There is a 10% discount if you rent a minimum of 10 units.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
The Lodge
This 4,000 square-foot ranch house was the original home of the Lloyd family, the founders of the Flying L Ranch. Built in 1945, it has a spacious living room with a stone fireplace, library, piano, stereo, and a wonderful view of the mountain. Its large, fully-equipped kitchen, along with the living room, serve as common areas for all guests. The seven Lodge guest rooms are:

Knotty pine walls, queen bed, twin bed, and its own bath with large shower. A private location in the east "wing" of the lodge.

The Guesthouse
A large two-story building built in 1960 and remodeled in 1990, the Guesthouse has a small kitchen (4 person capacity) and five guest rooms, all with private entrances and Mt. Adams views.

The Cabins
Situated about 200 feet from the other buildings and surrounded by pine trees, the three cabins have complete kitchens with dishes, cookware, and utensils; baths with tubs/showers; and are heated both electrically and with wood stoves.

The Wild Rose Cabin

The Log Cabin

The Pine Cabin

The Cookhouse
A full Continental breakfast is served each morning in the cookhouse which has the capacity to seat 32 people. We can customize a hot ranch-style breakfast for groups of 12 or more. There is an additional $5 fee per person.
The cookhouse is available for group lunches and dinners too!
